Now in his seventh season as Executive Chef, Paul coordinates and oversees the daily food and beverage operations at Deer Creek and The Deer Creek Academy. A graduate of George Brown College’s Hospitality program, Paul has trained under many great chefs and has received awards for his cooking talents. When asked what he likes most about his job at Deer Creek, Paul tells us that “Seeing happy customers is a reward like no other.” In his spare time, Paul teaches cooking classes at two local upscale grocers.
