privacy, by disclosing our information practices, ensuring visitors
that the information collected and distributed within this Web site
will be used for only the stated reason. Deer Creek Golf Clubs respects
the privacy of the visitors to our Web site. Your personal information
is collected for the purpose of fulfilling your requests and
registrations from The Academy and our three golf courses (Deer Creek
North, Deer Creek South and Glen Cedars).
This privacy policy applies to visitor information and the use of
golfglencedars.com, golfdeercreek.com and deercreekgolfacademy.com
only. Deer Creek Golf Clubs is not responsible for the privacy practices
or the content of the Web sites to which it links.
1. Information Collection
Deer Creek Golf Clubs is the sole owner of the information collected on
this Web site. We will not sell, share or rent this information to
others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. The
Deer Creek Golf Clubs collects information from our users at three points on
our Web site.
a) Golf News Subscribers
Deer Creek Golf Clubs email lists reside in a secure listserv.
Therefore, email addresses are never copied into an email address line
for other recipients to see. Only Deer Creek Golf Clubs and Golfer's Guide Marketing Solutions (our Web master) have access to view the email
addresses of our subscribers.

We request information from the user on our registration form. Here a
user must provide contact information (name and billing address) and

2. Making An Online Payment
For those making an online payment for one of our Golf Schools, you
will be taken to a secure screen to enter the credit card holder's
address, email address, credit card number and the card's expiry
date. This information is sent directly to Deer Creek Golf
Academy for authorization and is not stored on our Web server. The
Deer Creek Golf Clubs has sole access to this information.
3. Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing
information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to
any personally identifiable information while on our Web site. However,
Deer Creek Golf Clubs does not use cookies in any part of the Web site.
4. Web Activity (Log) Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track
user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate
use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable
information. On occasion, Deer Creek Golf Clubs log file data (such as
the number of subscribers we serve) may be used for promotional
purposes. Information that personally identifies you will be kept
strictly confidential.
5. Sharing
We will share aggregated demographic information with our partners and
advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can
identify any individual person.

This Web site takes every precaution to protect our users'

When subscribing to Deer Creek Golf Clubs, all credit card information
is collected on a secure server. Payment information is collected,
processed and stored by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption
technology providing optimum protection for Deer Creek Golf Clubs’s
customers.
We also do everything in our power to protect user-information
off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive
information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only
employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for
example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are
granted access to personally identifiable information. Our employees
must use password-protected screen-savers when they leave their desk.
When they return, they must re-enter their password to regain access to
your information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our

Users who no longer wish to receive our promotional materials may
