Dear Member;
Welcome to the 2008 season! We are very pleased that you have made Deer Creek and Glen Cedars your places to play this year. To enhance your experience with us as a member, we have created an exciting schedule of member events. These events offer an excellent opportunity for you to meet new people, and I hope you will take advantage of them. Entry deadline will be 5 days prior to each event. Please sign up at the Deer Creek Proshop.
Season Long Men’s League
Date: Every Thursday Night (May play Monday thru Thursday)
Time: Anytime
Sign-Up: Before May 7th
Format: Individual 9-Hole score
Cost: $50.00 registration fee and a $5.00 weekly fee towards prizes and draws
Details: All players to count 9 hole score from stipulated tee decks on certain courses. All players will earn a handicap given by the league committee. This will be a year long event, with weekly prizes and end of year banquet.
Member Summer 2-Person Scramble
Date: Thursday July 10th, Deer Creek South
Time: 9:00 Single Tee Start
Sign-Up: Preferably in twosomes, however singles are welcome
Format: 2-Person Scramble, Gross Scores and Net Scores
Field: Accepting the first 30 paid teams, minimum of 16 teams required
Open to Full, Weekday and Senior members
Details: Flights based on Sum of team’s handicap from the White Tees on the South Course
Lunch and Prizes $40.00
Club Championship and Handicap Championship
(Super Senior, Senior and Regular Division)
Date: Round 1 – Monday July 21st Deer Creek South (8am-10am)
Round 2 – Tuesday July 22nd Glen Cedars (8am-10am)
Round 3 – Wednesday July 23rd Deer Creek North (7:30-9:30)
Sign-Up: Individually
Format: All players must stipulate which division they will play in.
Club Championship
Senior Championship (60-69)
Super Senior Division (70 & up)
Handicap Division (All members who have entered at least 10 scores in 2008 will qualify)
$60.00/ to all members, Cart not included!

Men’s 2 Man Fall Classic
Date: Friday October 10th, 2007
Time: 12:00 pm Shotgun (South Course)
Format: Team Gross Prizes (Flights according to team Handicap)
Details: 18 Holes of Golf and Cart, Closest to the Pin and Long Drive Competitions, Dinner and 10,000 Prize table
$300.00/Team 18 Hole Scramble – A-Flight (10 - 15 handicap) B-Flight (16-22 handicap), C-Flight (23-30 handicap) D-Flight (31 & Up handicap)
