Mr. C's Restaurant is the best kept secret in Ajax. Prepared by Chef Paul St. Onge, great care is taken to make every detail of your dining experience special. It is one of the most enjoyable dining experiences featuring Steak and Seafood, prepared in the old-school way.

Gem Room Bar & Grill

Located at Deer Creek Golf & Banquet Facility, you’ll also find the Gem Room Bar & Grill which offers full day service. We serve breakfast until 2pm, lunch, dinner, snacks and operate a full service bar. The Gem Room Bar & Grill is Deer Creek’s main full service restaurant. With seating for up to 100 guests, our Gem Room allows you to enjoy everything from a quick hot dog and a cold beer, to a bacon-wrapped fillet mignon with a bottle of Wolf Blass Yellow Label wine.
